Wolfond Financial is looking for an Experienced Administrative Financial Assistant to join our team. You will support a growing practice and a successful team of advisors. What you’ll do Prepare documents for advisors’ client meetings. Process purchases, withdrawals, switches, and external transfers Follow-up tracking on processed transactions with external fund companies. Monitor trades, systematic withdrawals and preauthorized contributions Investigate issues with fund companies, nominee platforms and the Canada Revenue Agency File physical and electronic documents Enter notes and process transactions in online system. Process client signatures using e-signature software. Follow compliance rules. Monitor multiple emails. Back-up office reception Other office administrative support as needed What you bring to the table High attention for detail

• Strong written and verbal communications skills Superior problem-solving capabilities Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills Existing financial knowledge (i.e. RSP, TFSA, RIF, etc.) Meeting advisors’ and clients’ deadlines Demonstrated client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Post secondary education in office administration or a related field, 1 to 3 years of job-related work experience, including managing and maintaining files, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
