The ARB conducts hearings related to complaints of residential and commercial assessment values. The ARB Clerk is critical to the hearing process. They perform a wide variety of complex administrative duties in accordance with legislative requirements and Board policy and procedure within a fast-paced and highly legislated environment. The ARB Clerk deals directly with the public, the City, and agents and must respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
