Our client, in the Healthcare Industry, is seeking a Medical Support Assistant to join their team. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care Department supporting the MyCare team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, superior time management skills, and a high level of empathy, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?
Answer incoming calls and initiate the booking of patient appointments
Assist with medical referrals
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Communicate daily with doctors regarding schedules
Provide basic billing and product knowledge communication and first point of contact resolution
What’s Needed?
Experience in a medical environment
Experience communicating with customers/patients via phone and email
Excellent communication skills
Experience with G Suite and Excel
Availability anytime 7 days a week within the hours of 7:25AM EST to 10:30PM EST
