Duties include: Answering incoming calls.
Matching clients to caregivers’ schedules with “Best Match” practices Grow relationship with clients, caregivers and referral sources.
Receiving payments Replenishing supplies Data entry of new clients If you have an interest and the following qualifications, we want to hear from you! 1 year experience in an office setting Exceptional phone etiquette Experience in scheduling Proficient with the use of computer applications Strong customer service skills Creative thinking & problem solving Self-starter comfortable with multitasking Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues with tact and diplomacy.
