Who You Are:
As the Timecard Associate/Reception, you will provide support to the Service Center Team with processing time company wide and other related activities as needed.
This is a full-time position that will be working 5 days a week in office.

What We’re looking for from you- If this describes you, we’d love to meet!
- 1+ years related work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with confidence is essential
- Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-directed, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- High degree of competence, reliability, and judgment demonstrated in all aspects of work
- Commitment to continuous improvement
Duties:
- Daily audit of all time, labour, and equipment
- Assists in data entry, processing, and management of third party, progress and labour tickets,
- Assists in training employees and contractors on how to use time portal, acting as a resource, and providing technical assistance when required
- Monitors accuracy and timeliness 100% accurate data throughout the workflow
- Liaise with Human Resources, Payroll, and Project Control departments on employee records to reflect true data in time portal
- Follow up with employees and contractors on a daily basis on time capture, providing assistance when required
- Communicates with managers, supervisors, regarding employee and contractor time capture data
- Creates weekly reports
- Manage new hires, record changes and terminations within Vista ViewPoint
- Administer Group Benefits (Canada Life, Health Spending Account & Manulife)
- Supports the Service Center Coordinator and acts as substitute in his/her absence
