Position: Head of Sales (E-commerce)

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Sales, North America. As the Head of Sales, and Founding Sales Rep you will be responsible driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, developing sales strategies, and grow sales team in the coming time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and contribute to overall organizational success. At Journey AI, you will build, lead, inspire, and, crucially, find joy and fulfillment in your contributions.
Role Overview, Requirements, and Qualifications:
- You should be residing in the Greater Toronto Area and must be Canadian Citizen.
- This role involves working closely with the founding and executive team. We are looking for a disciplined and responsible individual who takes extreme ownership of their tasks and can be reliably depended upon.
- Work hours aligned with the EST timezone.
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a consistent record of delivering projects on time.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spreadsheet, Apollo, Hubspot, or related.
- Flawless English communication skills; both written and oral.
- Experience with Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social, in-person).
- Passionate about B2B SaaS, AI and Ecommerce.
- Proven ability to execute GTM
Nice to haves
- MBA or Masters in the related field
- SaaS Sales to Medium / Enterprise E-commerce Customers
- Early-stage startup experience
- First-hand strong connections with DTC Brands
- Strong connections with SMEs that have online shopping through website or mobile app is a plus
