We are looking to hire a recruiter (3-month contract) to support our growing team. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of full-time recruitment: from sourcing, evaluating resumes, interviewing candidates and negotiating job offers
- Experiment with, and implement, new sourcing methods and advertising options
- Strategizing and collaborating to improve the recruitment process
- Source and contact passive candidates online and pipelining potential candidates
- Support Human Resources team by performing administrative tasks pertaining to the recruitment and onboarding process
- Assist Human Resources teams with new hire documents and training schedules
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrated recruitment experience.
- Solid understanding of full lifecycle recruitment with candidate relationship management skills.
- Experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video, structured, behavioral-based questions, panel etc.)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skill
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Friendly interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees.
