As the Customer Service Team Lead you will be part of a three person Customer Service Team as well as part of a larger Sales Group totaling eight. At Waste Connections, Customer Service is handled at the local level within the district, ensuring the absolute best and most personalized care for our Hamilton District customers.
Your success in this role is dependent on your work ethic, your communication skills and your leadership ability to create long-lasting relationships. The key to Waste Connections of Canada’s’ continued growth and success is sourcing, developing and promoting its people.
Location: 464 Rennie Street, Hamilton, ON
Qualifications:
2-3 years of customer service/admin/office experience with a natural inclination to lead
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with phone scripting
Accurate data entry skills
Some knowledge of Salesforce/CRM software
