Experience:
0-2 years’ Experience in a customer service position
Basic Customer Care skills to confidently and accurately address customers’ needs
High interpersonal skills needed to deal with customers and staff in a pleasant and professional manner
Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong computer skills (MS Office)
Experience with a CRM is considered an asset
Attention to detail to accurately process invoices
Must possess a professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
Education:
Completion of high school
