This position requires a high level of accuracy for data entry and a keen eye for attention to small details. Requirements:

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Valid G class driver’s license
• Police record check
• Previous experience in administration or accounting is required
• 2 years of relevant experience with accounts payable, payroll, or accounts receivable are required

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry to assist with accounts payable, internal cost controls and hourly construction payroll
• General administrative duties for organization including physical and electronic filing, reporting generation
• Answering incoming calls and emails for the Administration Department
• Cross training to support the Administration Department as time permits on a weekly basis and as proficiency demonstrated

Details:

• Working from Home: not available for this role
• Reports to: Controller
• Overtime: earned after 44 hours
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with unpaid lunch from 12:00 PM -12:30PM
