Job Description Client Success Specialist / Inside Sales Specialist Location: Vaughan, ON

Our client is a Tier 1 Supplier of Metal Springs, Fasteners, Clamps to Industrial Tier 1 Automotive and Appliance industry. We are searching for an Client Success Specialist to be the point of contact for all sales and administrative functions including shipping/receiving, manufacturing, customer calls and answers and delays.
This is a family group of companies with a HQ in Italy. They have 6 plants worldwide supplying Tier 1 automotive and OEM companies with their products.
Your Role Will Include
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Tier 1 clients through superior client success. (Tier 1 Automotive, Appliance and other Tier 1 companies).
- Accepts, directs and tracks RFQ from customers as to provide quote to them by their deadline.
- Track and record shipping details of certain products as to ensure an uninterrupted supply flow to our customers. Track and record running inventory balance of certain products.
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can improve marketing and sales performance.
Qualifications
You will possess:
- Bachelor of Business Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in customer service, client success in a Manufacturing capacity for Tier 1 OEM customers. Our client is a direct Tier 1 suppliers to OEM.
- Sense of urgency and an understanding of how a Manufacturing plant operates
- Experience reading AUTOCAD Drawings.
- Experience working with similar ERP Systems (ex: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience speaking Fluent Italian and English is great benefit.
- Internal client communication with Italian Plant and HQ
This is a non-hybrid, 5 days per week in the office environment. A small family team environment working closely with the President, Plant Manager and Shipping / Receiving Manager.
