Client Service Representative role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, friendly, team environment where employees are encouraged and empowered to assist valued clients with their fueling needs from the driver level to the boardroom. We are currently looking to fulfill both full time and part time positions.
Job Description:
- Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels in a prompt and professional manner
- Know when to escalate queries to management in accordance with the company guidelines
- Assist customers with online demos of customer portal and confidently answer all questions for new customers navigating our internal customer website
- Follow up with the billing team for customer invoice related questions
- Other office tasks as assigned
- The role might require you to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays. A successful candidate will need to be flexible with availability
Qualifications;
- Secondary school diploma required
- Proficient in using Microsoft outlook and excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
