- Manage patient inquiries and appointments with professionalism and care
- Use your knowledge of medical terminology to support our healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in a medical setting preferred
- Ability to create a warm, “in-person” feel through chat and phone interactions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable working remotely
