Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Icon Developments Incorporated in Moncton, NB. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Construction Management, Building Construction, and Project Management skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions on-site
- Experience with scheduling and project coordination
- Health and Safety certification or training
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
