DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of all areas related to the sales of Broccolini’s residential real estate project units in the Montreal and Toronto markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with managing the day-to-day activities of projects in both Montreal and Toronto.
Attend weekly meetings with consultants and internal teams to strategize on projects.
Liaise with the marketing team and assist with the development of sales campaigns and required marketing and sales assets.
Assist with the opening and closing of sales centres, launch activities and other special events in both Montreal and Toronto.
Oversee sales offices to ensure functionality and image of Broccolini is maintained.
Work with internal departments and external consultants to coordinate sales requests.
Preparation of sales reports, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and findings.
Regular supervision and performance management of delinquent files
Keep up to date on the local real estate market and competitor projects.
Build and establish a positive rapport with all sales stakeholders (including hired consultants, vendors etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working for a builder/ developer or real estate brokerage
Well organized, personable, professional, confident and able to multi-task.
Knowledge of Agreements of Purchase & Sale.
Desire and ability to travel between Toronto and Montreal
