The Opportunity:

The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for leading Highmark Interactive’s technology management, updates, and creation to enhance our products and services. The Chief Technology Officer will be tasked with communicating and overseeing technology strategies, implementing new technological strategies and streamlining current products to develop the organizations technological infrastructure.

General Responsibilities:

· Leading technology teams in their day-to-day operations, supervising heads of departments, and setting performance goals

· Developing strategies for advancing partnerships, technology platforms, and external relationships

· Conducting technical reviews of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability

· Monitoring the management of hardware and software licenses and projecting future needs

· Developing, tracking, and controlling the development of annual capital and operating budgets for purchasing tools, staffing and ensuring effective operations

· Managing and optimizing infrastructure assets to meet the internal financial targets

· Working closely with the marketing, business development, operations, and Client Success team to deliver new and enhanced products

· Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring technological performance metrics

What You Bring:

Chief Technology Officers must have experience working in an IT-related areas such as:

· network architecture

· data engineering

· information security management

· web software development

· data security

· comfortable with multiple programming languages such as Unity, Python, R, Java (NTD: add additional languages)

· Business management and team leadership experience

· Experience in specific IT sectors, including artificial intelligence, the internet of things, or cybersecurity – Preferred

Candidates with additional experience working in publicly traded companies is preferable.
