Job Description:
The People & Culture Talent Partner Manager is a key partner to people leaders and staff across the organization in the execution of talent, learning, performance management, staff care, total rewards, and workforce planning programs in alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the P&C Talent Partner Manager will work closely with P&C Team Members to ensure that WVC provides an excellent employee experience, will have a strong pulse on employee needs, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance employee retention.
