Role Responsibilities:
Provide guidance, advisory, and hand-on support on:
Work closely with our Recruiter and Functional Leads in managing full cycle recruits from requirements gathering, through job postings, screening, interviewing, testing, reference checking, benchmarking all the way to offer
Build relationships with permanent and time-defined team members and create outstanding candidate/employee experiences from pre-boarding, through onboarding, until offboarding.
Manage Group insurance benefits and GRSP administrative tasks (subscribing new employees, eligibility, completion of forms, etc.)
Support the annual review of Health Care plans in Canada and the US and provide monthly administration,
Along with the HR Manager provide support with:
Advising on best practices for our US, Canadian and Remote teams (benefits administration, total compensation
Act as a “communication champion” to ensure that all employees are kept informed of updates and new information; and such other duties as are reasonably assigned to the Employee from time to time.
