Candian Fingerprinting Services Inc Looking for Fingerprinting Technician/Customer Service at Toronto, ON Full Time

Canadian Fingerprinting Services INC is an RCMP accredited fingerprinting and background checking organization servicing Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area community. We are seeking 1 Part-Time Fingerprinting Technician to join our team at our Downtown location.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Completing biometric fingerprints as well as ink fingerprints for clients.
• Participating in Reception and responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
• Organizing and completing name-based background checks.
• Providing administrative support such as scanning, filing, organizing, and mailing.
• Liaising with a variety of community agencies and organizations on behalf of customers.
• Responding to inquiries and providing information to customers as required.
• Maintaining and updating filling system including confidential data and records.
• Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school education
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a legal environment preferred
• Ability to compile information from multiple databases
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a number of contacts including potentially irate clients and referring agents.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and ability to maintain standards with competing deadlines.
• Must be a team player and detail oriented.
