We are currently looking for a dynamic and challenging person to fill a position of human resources advisor at our Dorval plant.
Your responsibilities
The incumbent assumes responsibilities related to the management of human resources, such as the comprehensive staffing process, skills development, and administration of the various programs and policies in place.
He ensures the follow-up and control of dossiers relating to the administration of personnel and remuneration.
He participates in the application of the benefit plans and various payroll activities. Among other things, he carries out computer transactions related to personnel movements and to administrative changes to employee records in the various software.
Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills, the incumbent provides quality service to employees.
He plays an advisory role to operations personnel by accompanying them in their team management activities.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or equivalent.
Command of the Microsoft Office, Windows environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Results-oriented and customer service-oriented.
Bilinguism.
In-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations related to human resources management and occupational health and safety.
Member of the Ordre (CRIA, CRHA), an asset.
