Summerlea Golf Club
This is a rather unique position!
Looking for a cook with catering experience who is interested in a managerial role as Club House Manager for a small Golf Course and Wedding venue.
This is a seasonal position April – October/November.
Responsibilities will include:
– day to day short order cooking in our restaurant (basic menu)
– all catering/cooking for events on weekends
– attending to golfers, taking orders, serving own tables
– inventory ordering and management
– menu planning
– staff scheduling and day to day supervision
– assisting with event planning and execution
Must be available on weekends, have own transportation (we are not on or near public transportation), have Food Handlers certification, Smart Serve and catering specific experience.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Cooking: 1 year (required)
- Catering: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
