SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:

• Must have previous experience working in a customer service environment.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), and be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must have selling ability or past sales experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be able to overcome objections.
• Must have proficient problem solving ability and a solution-focused attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to work under strict deadlines and under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Will be responsible for a base of clients, retaining their business, and improving customer loyalty by understanding their needs.
• Will be responsible for fault diagnosis, follow-up, and resolution with your base of clients.
• Use company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential client issues.
• Serve as an ambassador for Your Listing Expert to maintain our already sterling reputation.
• Research ability to become a product expert to advise thebest solution(s) to clients.
• Handling incoming client calls and keeping your customer base updated and organized.
