JOB DESCRIPTION
Through our accredited training program, you will be tasked with the following:
– Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures
– Complete our Certification programs (up to and including Manager Certification)
– Slowly take accountability for tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, employee coaching and development, and more
– Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire switches, etc.
– Communicate clearly to customers any work performed or recommended
– Handle any customer issues that may arise, focusing on customer satisfaction
WHAT WE NEED
– A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well
– A team player with customer service experience
– Previous management experience is an asset
– Ability to work under pressure
– Self-motivated
– Ability to notice things and take action
– Flexibility to work overtime as store is open 7 days per week
– Preference will be given to those who possess a post-secondary diploma in either business or automotive
– Must have a valid driver’s license
– Basic computer skills an asset
