What you’ll do
Create and facilitate approvals on change approval documents.
Assesses the impact of transformation initiatives from a systems perspective and manages the impacts and interdependencies of cross-divisional and cross-agency projects.
Leads in collaboration with leadership from other health authorities and the Ministry of Health the implementation of province-wide strategies and system improvements that enhance the quality of care and services across BC.
Establishes strong working relationships including internally with the executive teams and externally with Regional Health Authority partner. Works in partnership with leadership to influence decision-making and processes which define strategic priorities for the organization and portfolio support and resourcing.
Engage with the application support teams to ensure change awareness, impact assessments, and resource allocation during change windows.
Providing overall change leadership.
What you bring
8-10 years experience in project and/or change management.
Sound decision-making and proven leadership in challenging climates where consensus building is a key for success.
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in reaching decisions when dealing with issues and functional responsibilities that are diverse.
Demonstrated capability in handling sensitive and challenging situations.
Excellent analytical skills, people skills, written and oral communication skills.
