Duties and Responsibilities:
– Engage and connect with our customers
– Responds to inquiries and concerns received from customers across a variety of communication channels such as telephone and e-mail
– Managing customer inbound phone calls
– Entering order requests with details into the system
– Provide office administration and operational support
– Preparing notices, entering payments in our systems, and scheduling orders and maintenance
– Produce statement of accounts as required
– Contacting customers for aged accounts and prepare necessary collection notices
– Collect information and feedback from clients
– Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Must be ambitious and willing to learn
– Administrative background or experience
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong customer service orientation and delivery
– Ability to respond and express ideas clearly in written and oral communication
– Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
– Capability of learning new technology/software quickly
– Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proven organizational and time management skills

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
