Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties;
• Processing and entering invoices;
• Monitoring, following-up and updating accounts regarding payment;
• Reconciling accounts and preparing reports;
• Posting journal entries and assisting with month-end procedures;
• Maintaining filing systems;
• Additional support for Accounting & Finance team as required.

What we are looking for:

College diploma in Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline;

• 5+ year of AP/AR experience and proficient in Sage 50 accounting software;
• Experience in a professional office;
• Sound knowledge of Excel and experience working with various ERP systems;
• Must be a continuous learner, capable of thriving in changing, fast-paced environment;
• Capacity to multi-task and tackle multiple priorities;
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are essential;
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English;
• MUST be honest and trustworthy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:

• SAGE 50: 3 years (required)
