Main tasks
- Contribute to their sales growth by converting inbound leads and new prospects into sales to exceed a challenging quota.
- Promote and secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve maximum sales through solution based selling, value creation for the customer and profitability.
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Stay up to date on all company’s standard products.
- Initiate successful cold calling conversations.
- Employ an adaptive selling approach for already educated buyers.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Welcome to university graduates in commerce, engineering or applied science
- Between 0 to 3 years of professional B2B sales experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication) & functional French.
- Valid passport needed for regular travels outside of Canada.
- An asset if you speak Spanish, but not required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, autonomous and passionate about selling.
