The role of the reception consists of the following:
- Managing incoming calls
- Distribute incoming mail/couriers
- Assist with scanning
- Maintain front desk area & boardrooms
- Prioritization of tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications/Competencies:
- 1-2 years of experience in a reception setting.
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
- Mandatory high proficiency in Outlook.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior time-management skills, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Patient, able to work under pressure.
- High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $13.00-$19.00 per hour
