autologiQ Looking for Customer Service Representative – Automotive at Mississauga, ON Full Time

autologiQ is Canada’s first virtual vehicle management company. We manage our client’s maintenance and repairs through our iQ App/Client Portal. Our IQ Network of Service Providers across Canada service our clients’ vehicles. We are an innovative company, advancing North America’s automotive service industry by digitizing the traditional client service experience. We are looking for high energy, motivated individuals to join our vehicle advisory team.

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives.

Your role may include but not be limited to the following:

• Attain sales targets that are set by management
• Assist clients with the needs of their vehicle
• Data Entry and record keeping
• Provide tire, wheel and vehicle repair quotes
• Communicate needed repairs and maintenance to clients and staff
• Coordinate schedules with Service Providers
• Use industry software to research required maintenance
• Create work orders and invoices
• Perform exceptional client experience that promotes the autologiQ brand in a professional and honest manner

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A strong sales background
• Clear and pleasant speaking voice
• Ability to multi-task in fast working environment
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Organizational and record-keeping skills
• Background in automotive service an asset

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Ability to work in Mississauga and Oakville locations

Salary and Compensation:

• Negotiable
• Range $48,000 – 60,000
• Performance Bonuses
