To help us reach our vision, Lexop is looking for an experienced Sales Director, who will lead the company’s growth efforts throughout North America.

WHY YOU?
As the Sales Director, you will lead our sales team, track metrics, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation (hunters) to account closing (closers) to account management (farmers). Ultimately your focus will be to plan Lexop’s long term sales goals and ensure alignment with the company vision. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and the Head of Marketing in order to build a high-performance team. This role can evolve into a VP of Sales or CRO position, where you will handle more strategic challenges with the executive team.

Manage and oversee the work of SDRs, AEs, and AMs
Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales representatives performance
Set and track sales targets and KPIs
Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Find ways to increase customer engagement
Liaise with Marketing and Product departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Build an open-communication culture inside your team that is aligned with the company vision, mission, and values
Role Requirements:
7+ years of experience and a successful track record in achieving quotas
Excellent English writing & speaking skills
Autonomy and a high degree of organization
Experience in B2B SaaS
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM
Leadership, authenticity, and professionalism
Strong judgment and business acumen
High EQ
Bonus skills:
Knowledge of the collection industry
Knowledge of the Fintech environment
Experience in a Startup
