Position Description:
The Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for improving the productivity and effectiveness of DYMON’s workforce by coordinating and facilitating a variety of tailored, experiential, and advanced skills-development training programs to ensure that all employees have the necessary capabilities required to perform their jobs safely and competently. Actively conducts training and coaching at all levels.
Under the direction of the Director, People & Culture, and in consultation with both internal and external stakeholders, this position is responsible for designing, refining, and delivering employee training programs that are strategically aligned with the corporate core values and business goals.
