We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Estevan. If you want to grow your career by leading a team and helping local businesses thrive, this position is for you!
The Role
· Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, observe performance, and coach your team to success.
· Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
· Review CRM activity and identify opportunities for growth
· Hire and train new Account Managers when needed
· You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
· Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
