About Us

Dr. Brad White and Dr. Jenn White are family physicians. Doe Lake Family Medicine is their primary practice location. They work within a Family Health Organization (FHO).

Dr. Brad White also has multiple addiction medicine clinics called Delta Health Clinics in Barrie.

Available Position – Medical Office Assistant

We are currently looking for an addition to our team.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience in a medical administrative role in addition to having some clinical experience.

• Experience with at least one type of EMR. We use Accuro. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their abilities. Candidates without this experience will not be considered or contacted.

• Thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Be very comfortable using and learning various software applications. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their abilities.

• Be reliable and flexible for work shifts that will include some evenings and weekends at various locations.

• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Have strong interpersonal skills.

• Have experience with addictions treatment.

This position would benefit someone who enjoys learning and frequent change. The position itself is dynamic and your role has the potential to expand and grow as you show competency and initiative.

The position will be part time. There is a possibility it could lead to full time.

Wage will be based on skill level, overall contribution to the team, as well as experience relevant to this position.

Starting Wage: $18.00 to $21.00 /hour

PLEASE NOTE: We have multiple clinic locations and times. This job will involve working some evenings and weekends as well as the ability to attending multiple clinic locations in Barrie. Your schedule can still be predictable for the most part, but the clinics also operate outside the 9-5 M-F time frame to help accommodate patients.
