ONE Transport Group is looking for an individual with previous experience in the logistics/warehousing/trucking industry to join our team of professionals. The right candidate will have previous experience in the following:
Taking and dispatching customer orders over the phone and entered remotely on a computer.
Coordinating and assigning deliveries to trucks
Resolving issues related to scheduling
Resolving customer issues
Providing quotes to existing and prospective customers
Tracking and recording warehouse inventory
Ability to learn and master our computer Dispatch System
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
Hours of work are approximately 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday thru Friday, but some flexibility is required.
