Position Summary:
This position would support the service and manage maintenance contract. Co-ordination and execution of all back office functions associated to contracts while contributing to team motivation, training, and development. Identify and plan contingency for shortfalls in contract entry and renewal submissions. Ensure all administrative functions required to evaluate and enter contracts for completion are adhered to through to the posted stage and initiation of the contract in the system. Ensures all data is appropriately captured in each contract. All inputs are reviewed for accuracy, including but not limited to Customer information, site information, revenue recognitions, tech assignments.
