Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Function:

• Entering customers pickups from phone calls, P&D Board and emails
• Setting up out of town pickups with carriers and subsequent follow ups with carriers
• Answering customers inquires via phone calls and emails
• Handling customers issues with dispatch and other departments as required
• Tracking orders with terminals and carriers
• Administrative duties as needed such as PODing orders / imaging documents
• Spreadsheet reports

• 1-2 years of Transportation experience a benefit
• Knowledge of Truckmate and AS400 an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
