The position will have you talking with people all day, therefore candidates must be great on the phone and capable of holding a social and entertaining conversation with other humans in fluent English (other humanoid languages are a plus). The majority of your work will include repetitive yet fulfilling tasks such as password resets, software installation, computer preps, new user setups, properly formulated ticket details and dispatching or escalating issues to fellow technicians.
