Your Team
You will be a member of the Oxbotica Recruitment / Talent Acquisition team. That team is part of the People department who are at the very beating heart of all we do. From talent attraction, retention and through to development, the people team aim to give every Oxbot the best team member experience, creating memories and experiences that stay with them for many years to come.
A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Talent Acquisition team will see you:
Partner with business leads to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions
Position Oxbotica as an employer of choice by keeping up to date with our technology, clients and partner collaborations
Work collaboratively and in sync with the wider people team to continually improve processes and ways of working
Deliver against technology hiring plans
Proactively resource across all platforms, including reaching out to internal teams for referrals and using your professional network, attract talent to the Oxbotica brand. Minimising any use of external recruitment agencies and costs associated with your hiring area
Work to service level agreements and planned start dates so as to bring in campaigns on time and in budget
Map out markets and attraction campaigns in order to fulfil the direct resourcing model that Oxbotica are committed to
Contribute to the weekly calibration session, update adverts on platforms such as company and host websites
Assist your candidates with travel logistics, accommodation and permanent relocation. Understanding their needs and going the extra mile to ensure a stellar candidate experience
Organise induction schedules through Tangelo for your new starters following Oxbotica standards
Own, organise and conduct one week and one month catch up for own hires on time and distribute feedback including sharing and discussing data with hiring leads and the People Team. Monitoring and sharing engagement updates twice a year through creative reporting and infographics
Contribute to the maintenance of our ATS through daily checks for actions and executing those administrative actions
Proactively liaise with a range of stakeholders and line managers ensuring they are kept well informed of project progress – issuing by weekly update reports and escalating any risk roles to your leads
Producing a weekly update report for the HO so as to highlight risk, progress and activity
Providing remuneration advice and support to managers across all areas making sure that you read and are aware of salary surveys and compensation packaging trends as a TA partner
Promoting good recruitment practice, offering advice and material support to managers from designing job descriptions and throughout the recruitment process

Requirements
What you need to succeed:
Proven success partnering with a rapidly scaling organisation to deliver headcount growth
Intermediate MS Excel OR Google Sheets skills experience
Examples of ‘drive to go the extra mile’ for the business and your candidates
Niche talent ‘mining’ skills, the ability to use boolean and x-ray search strings to find prospective candidates in less than obvious places
Experience of using Workable or an equivalent cloud-based ATS, using the systems to deliver insight and analytics to the business
Identification of (via social media and professional platform) candidate attraction platforms (buzz wording and using # ‘s) to identify and attract great talent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a superb eye for detail and a rigorous approach to accuracy and data protection
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is vital, under a vast amount of pressure to deliver. Resilience is key!
Drive, passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
Demonstrable success in negotiations and the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the TA process
Extra kudos for any of the following:
SEO / Branding or mining LinkedIn experience
Team member engagement experience

Delivering workshops focused on recruitment process optimisation
