Must be able to work some Saturdays
Rate of pay will vary with experience, includes benefits.
– Greet customers upon arrival at the service counter in a professional and courteous manner
– Communicate with technicians regarding suggested and required automotive service/repairs to customer’s vehicles
– Advise customers on maintenance of their vehicles
– Delivery of repaired vehicles in a timely manner
– Prepare list of concerns, estimates and the time taken to complete repairs
– Interact with customers to know the nature of their automotive problems
– Computer literate
– Understanding of automotive vehicles
– Well spoken, friendly and reliable
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
