Our Innovative cuisine is prepared by master chefs, with attention to detail and taste, provides for an upscale – yet casual dining experience.
We are currently seeking a passionate, highly motivated, experienced individual to join our culinary management team as a Chef de Cuisine. This is a full-time, year-round position. The Chef de Cuisine reports directly to the Executive Chef and will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, along with working stations during services and banquets. They will be responsible for overseeing day to day operation, menu design, event coordination and ordering and most importantly, quality control of all items prepared.
