Job Title: Technical Recruiter Bilingual (English/French)

Role & Responsibility

. Must be Bilingual (English/French)

· May review resumes and determines if they are a potential fulfillment of a position and provide pre-qualified candidates that align to demand Preferred Qualifications

· Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system tool

· Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations professional Skill Requirements

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to perform as a trusted talent advisor

· Strong negotiation and sales skills

· Ability to perform and deliver in a process-oriented and fast-paced environment

· Able to rapidly learn and adopt new business processes and best practices

· Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
