OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Full-time General Accounting Associate at our Head Office in Richmond.

Your contribution:
To champion OpenRoad’s Climate Goals
Post vehicle sales transactions onto GL.
Reconcile vehicle sale schedules and prepare monthly warranty remittances
Work closely with dealerships on accounting process matters
Track payments and receipts between dealership and manufacturer
Month end and year end closing
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management

What it takes to be part of our dynamic team:
Minimum 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to process high volume of transactions efficiently
Self-disciplined in an autonomous work environment
Exhibit exemplary problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Previous automotive experience and knowledge of CDK is preferred.
