Job description
We have immediate openings for a General Laborer who will work with our General Insulation team. In this role, you will serve as the installation and laborer technician.
Who We Are Looking For:
- We are seeking talented, reliable individuals with clean driving records.
- You’ll be working with your hands, tools, and solar equipment.
- Construction, roofing, and/or insulation experience are a plus.
- A willingness to work hard, flexibility, reliability, and a desire to work outside is essential.
General Labor Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to work outdoors.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
- Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift
- Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels
- Positive attitude and work ethic
