Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development this position is responsible for managing Human Resources (HR) activities including talent acquisition, workforce planning and position control, job design and job evaluation. This position will support the implementation of a comprehensive talent management approach defining the talent strategy for the organization and implementing solutions that enable Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) Champlain to achieve strategic business objectives and sustain continuous performance improvement.

Location: Home and Community Care Support Services Champlain offers flexible work options, this position will have a hybrid model of work with a combination of in-office (4200 Labelle Street, Ottawa) and telework. Occasional travel across HCCSS Champlain is required for meetings and to respond to issues; access to a reliable vehicle is required.
A competitive total compensation package is available, salary will be commensurate with education and relevant experience.
