This competition is for a full-time permanent position for the Manager, Social Services Divisional Finance.
The Manager of Social Services Divisional Finance is responsible for managing, reporting, coordinating, monitoring, training and providing strategic advice and analysis related to financial operations within the Social Services Division of Health and Social Services. The manager operates as a key member of the division’s executive team in areas of budgeting, human resources management, planning, risk management and financial/statistical analysis.
This position is further responsible for managing and directing the day to day operations of Social Services Divisional Finance including human resources and performance monitoring.

Essential Qualifications:
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Selection for further consideration will be based on the information you provide in your resume.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Economics, or other related discipline, supported by certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
- Experience leading strategic financial operations, preferably in a public health setting.
- Experience supervising a diverse finance team in the day-to-day management and execution of a wide range of financial actions, tasks, and activities.
- Broad range of experience in financial management including preparing O&M and Capital Budgets, variance reporting, contract administration, and financial analysis and forecasting.
