Repairify Canada Looking for Billing Clerk at St. John’s, NL Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely invoice processing
• Ensure collection of AR when payments are due
• Communicate with customers and settle invoice issues
• Provide outstanding AR reports and customer reports as required
• Apply payments and settle payment issues
• Bank deposits
• Assist the accounting team with daily and weekly tasks

Requirements:

• Microsoft excel
• Attention to detail
• 1-2 years billing/invoicing and AR collection
• Combination of business administration and/or experience will be considered for this position

Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
