Fishbone Restaurant Group, a leading York Region and Simcoe Muskoka Hospitality company is searching for a talented and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join our team.
This position requires genuine relationship building and fostering with guests.
This position will be based at Friday Harbour Resort in Innisfil.
We are a OpenTable Top 100 in Canada restaurant since 2016.
Applicants MUST have the Experience and Skill Set used in similar Fine Dining setting.
Vast New World and Old World Wine Knowledge
Food and Cooking Terminology Knowledge
Mixology Knowledge
Must be able to understand Financials, Product and Labour Cost Controls.
