About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Global Sales and Rights Strategy, Distribution, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP of Global Sales and the Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Administrative support including managing VP’s schedule, scheduling pitch meetings, booking travel, taking meeting minutes, and filing expense reports;
Assist Sales Team by preparing and circulating Broadcast Sales Updates for key brands and titles;
Create Rights Availability reports from Rights Management System (FilmTrack) and format as requested for Sales Team
Prepare various research reports with sales team and marketing
Manage general mailbox for new Sales Leads and various inquiries;
Promote a seamless flow of information cross-departmentally on marketing, deliveries, legal needs, and production timelines.
Obtain proper clearances for external clip request inquiries, for movies, TV series, schools, etc.
Assist sales team with superb customer service, helping clients with any issues, concerns, or material requests.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in Sales, Marketing, TV Content Operations and/or Media planning
Experience using a Client Relationship Management software such as Sales Force an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Proven client service and relationship building skills
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must be capable of working well independently and in a team environment
English / French / Spanish multilingualism an asset
