Refund Services Inc Looking for Customer Service Representative at Sydney, NS Full Time

Schedule: 38 hours per week

Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm EST
Monday-Friday: 10 am – 8 pm EST

Main Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients by phone and email.
• Efficiently review client information.
• Provide account status updates to clients.

As the ideal candidate you have:

• Professionalism: take pride in the quality of service you provide
• Diligence – you understand that being thorough is crucial
• Problem solves and plans effectively and independently.
• Type detailed notes during client conversations.
• 1-year work experience in a customer service environment (asset).
• Experience in an inbound call center environment (asset).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• The ability to positively receive feedback.
• Self-motivated.
• University Degree.
