Job duties:
Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles; Repair and balance tires; Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles; Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Site Environment: Noisy; Dusty; Non-smoking
Transportation/Travel Information: Public Transit / personal Vehicle
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment; Physically demanding; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail; Hand-eye co-ordination; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling
Installation Specialization: Engine Oil Change, Check replace Air / Fuel Filters, Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, Tires repair / change.
